Offline POS Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Android app "Offline POS - Billing & Stock" (package com.trainingtrains.offlinepos), published by Training Trains Software Technologies.

Data we collect

The app has no internet permission, no ads, no analytics and no account sign-in. Everything you enter (products, customers, suppliers, orders, expenses and shop details, including any email addresses you type for customers, suppliers or your shop) is stored in the app's database on your phone.

Email addresses (and the other details above) leave your phone only when you choose to: when you save a backup to Google Drive or another location, export data to Excel, share a receipt, or email us from Help & Support. This is used only to provide those app functions. We do not sell or share this data, and we never receive your backups.

Backups and exports

When you choose to back up, export to Excel or share a receipt, the app hands the file to Android's own file or share screen. The file goes only where you pick, for example Google Drive, your phone storage or WhatsApp. That service's own privacy policy then applies.

Permissions

Camera: only to scan product barcodes. Bluetooth: only to print receipts on your Bluetooth printer. Photos are picked with the system picker and stay on your phone.

Deleting your data

Uninstall the app, or clear its storage in Android settings, to delete all data. Backup files you saved yourself can be deleted from where you saved them.

Children

The app is meant for business use and is not directed at children.
